Ramadan Vibe is Back!! 🌜

Hello guys!! Welcome to my  blog. As you know that Ramadhan is coming ,i would like to share to you about my favourite food which is 'Nasi Goreng Ayam Kunyit '.This food quite hard to find at many bazaar and only certain place can have it . I will share about how to cook this food and the ingredient that we need for this . Hope u guys like it!✌
These are the ingredients for fried rice :

- 3 cup rice🍚


2 teaspoons oil


- 2  eggs🍳


- 2 onion finely sliced


- 3 tablespoons soy sauce


- some mix vegetables πŸ₯—



Preparation :

  1. Cook the rice in a large saucepan of boiling water for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain and leave to cool
  2. Heat oil in non-stick wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add rice, soy sauce and some mix vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes
  4. Serve immediately



These are the ingredients that we need for tasty turmeric chicken :

- 500g chicken thighs boneless, cut into bite size pieces

-50ml cooking oil ; for deep frying

- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder 

- 1 teaspoon white pepper

- 1 egg

- 4 tablespoons cornflour

- 2 tablespoons 'maggi cukup rasa'


Preparation :


  1.  Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces
  2. In a bowl, combine the turmeric powder, ground white pepper, egg, corn flour and maggi cukup rasa to make the marinade✌
  3. Set the stove and heat the oil in a pan 
  4. When the oil is hot, add in the chicken and fry 5-6 pieces of chicken at a time for about 6-7 minutes per batch 
  5. Dish out and serve immediately
